Sample Language for Your Will or Trust
The following language may help you and your attorney when including a gift in your Will that meets your needs.
“I give to The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, 610 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, Charitable Registration #: 88900 7597 RR0001, the [sum amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] to be used for the benefit of Princess Margaret Cancer Centre.”
